The Italian extra virgin olive oil “L’affiorante” is the first oil extracted of the season from selected 100% Moraiolo olives harvested by hand slightly ahead of the right degree of ripeness, so that the most demanding and refined consumer will always find on the table, this fruity and fragrant oil, to be enjoyed strictly on raw dishes. The unmistakable clear taste of olive, decidedly herbaceous with dominant notes of artichoke and unripe almond, with an intense and decisive bitter and spicy charge, make it the best production of the Marfuga oil mill.
